I saw Joy to address mild and somewhat annoying digestive issues that I thought were due to my physiology - quirks of my body. All were due to food sensitivities. She gave me practical suggestions for avoiding foods I'm sensitive to and helped me to expand the variety of foods I'm eating. I'm thrilled with the results. I ate healthy foods before but now my diet is even better and I feel much better. I'm so grateful I did this because I know that digestive health is a cornerstone of overall health. Thanks to Joy, I have the tools and knowledge to continue on my own.
