I went in to see if they could soak off my acrylic nails. Before I had a chance to say anything when I walked in, the person that I’m assuming is the owner interrupted me and said “If you’re not a client we won’t take you.” I asked if they could do a soak off and she said “no, we’re too busy.” I saw a nail tech sitting on their cell phone. She dismissed me before i even had a chance to tell her what I wanted. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Was hoping to find a new nail salon that is open on Sunday. I broke a nail and needed a quick fix on just one nail. I was a walk in. I said I could wait or come back later. That I was leaving town in morning and was desperate. Was told no, they won't do that and they are too busy and go somewhere else, and literally waved out the door. There were 2 customers and 2 technicians in salon.I understand that this was last minute and I don't know if they 10 people coming in. It was the way I was treated and spoken to. Very unprofessional so I will not be giving them my regular business.
