If I could give 0no starts I would. Dr. Wu was supposed to send a referral for my carpal tunnel in Dec 2020. I never got a call from any one and life got crazy, so I started self care, but I couldn't make any improvements and my condition greatly worsened. I made an appointment on 5/3/21 she was supposed to fax a copy of my referral to me 5/18/21 still no referral. This referral was supposed to be urgent. I have called every 3 days and get the same story it was faxed or someone will call me back, but still nothing and the Ortho they claim to have faxed my referral to still don't have it. I live an hour from Auburn and it seems the only way to get my record it to go in person. All they care about is taking patients money. Worst Dr. and office ever!!! I will be transferring my care today to another clinic.

I was just a spot on her calendar. Her dropped the ball on my referral twice once in Dec 2020 and then for the same referral in May 2021. She doesn't care about her patients health. She and her office only cares about getting appointments done for money.
