Very helpful!! They give free Narcan kits to anyone who asks for one. They do a Narcan workshop that gives you instructions on how to use Narcan properly.

I have been going to the MBH since it was in modular building. Everything was in different building (dentist, clinic) now everything is close (in the same building) I am only 30. I love the tribe and it's so cool to see how much we have grown. Plus the services are great

Great place to get everything done you need. Optical, pharmacy & awesome great place to work out too

They have counseling sessions and also have intake for chemical dependency. They have youth services as well as equine therapy. Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Open Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. They also have domestic violence counselor and a psychologist who can prescribe medications such as for depression.
