I have been on hold for over an hour trying to make appointments for my husband and self and still waiting very very disappointed this place has gotten bad I think it's time to switch

Hold times are ridiculous, twice I’ve made a phone appointment and both times they never called me I had to sit on hold for over an hour to get through to someone. When you have work to go to, there’s no time to sit on hold for that long just to make an appointment. They recently updated their phone systems and it’s gotten so much worse since then.

I love my doctor, Dr Little, and also get great service from Helen in the pharmacy, both awesome folks.Now for the bad news... First of all, the phone service that schedules appointments is horrible, and this has nothing to do with Covid.The usual wait time on hold is 45+ minutes. That is a really great way to make your patients feel important...lol I understand that a lot of this has to do with turnover, however that isn't the patient's problem.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this place!!! Currently pregnant and have not been seen in MONTHS because they keep cancelling my appointments 20 minutes BEFORE the appointment, can NEVER get thru to someone to reschedule and then was told because too many appointments THEY CANCELLED have been rescheduled they no longer want to continue services with me!!! I will NEVER return to ANY Healthpoint after the experience I've had with this place!!!

the front desk people nice i will change my doctor from emily birtch to someone else i have stomache issuses all i wanted was a referal for a stomache ultrasound or mri but nothing im not gonna give her money and dont get no help on to the next doctor

I will never go back to any health point. Unprofessional. And absolutely rude employees. Dr. Banda only gives me a 2 weeks supply of my RX for Metforman. Going on 4 months now with no end results. The call center is no better. Not the brightest employees. And the Management is no better. They do not care or listen. All they care about is getting paid. So unless it's your only choice. I would find a real medical facility.

I called 2 days in a row and for 2 days I was on hold for over an hour and both days when someone finally answered they hung up after getting my name. They never called back and I don’t have the time or patience to wait another hour. I think it’s time to look for another doctors office even though we our in the middle of a pandemic.
