Referred me to my PA even when I specifically made two separate appointments with her and wanted to have her as my primary. Wouldn’t allow me to have her as my Primary even though I have seen her 2 times before. Said she was full.

This doctor charges a lot. Insurance company should investigate this. It cost me lot more to get the service. Same service could have cost me half. Over charging happening here. Investigate this doctor's practice. Charges for every little things.
