the staff is not trained very well and management is very disorganized and there is very little comunication to make sure residents are safe they don't make sure caregives have food handler cards before going into kitchen to handle food

I am going on my 2nd year at Mallard Landing, and love our staff, family and residents. It has made such a huge difference being in an environment where everyone has a voice.

My first visit as a guest and was appalled at the treatment by management. While looking for care for my elderly parents, if Mallard Landing is an example of care they would receive at any assisted living facility, I will definitely not be placing my parents in assisted living.

Amazing care staff and management! They do there very best to provide the right services for you. They work extra hard to meet your needs. When you walk is the there is a friendly atmosphere and cheerful smiles. If good care is what you are looking for then this is the place for you!

Absolutely love love this place! They always take great care of Grandpa and the staff always goes above and beyond to help! We eat lunch here once a week and the food and staff is AMAZING!!!

This is such a beautiful place! The management team work great together and the staff are friendly and caring. I've only been with Mallard since May of 2017 and I already feel like family here. The residents are wonderful and I'm so glad I choose me to work here! We are just one big happy family!
