Vanessa, the assistant was unbelievably rude. They told us we cannot be more than 10 min, when we were only 7 min late. The front desk was trying to get a message from the back, at 8:37, to be exact! But the assistant was implying that we were late more than 10 min. We were also told that a patient cannot be late more than 15 min, on the phone. No matter what the circumstances are, her being rude in front of my little niece was not acceptable. She shouldn’t be the assistant for children if she cannot keep her professionalism on line. However, I appreciate the two front desk ladies, for trying their best.

If your planning on going to any of the Vancouver locations id recommended this battle ground location it’s worth the 15 min drive to battle ground the staff is way more helpful and the doctor I saw was fast and efficient.

Especially because I know Sea Mar gets a bad rep, I just want to say this Sea Mar is great. The receptionists, dental assistant, and dentist were all great. They’re kind, explain what’s going on well, and get the job done the right way. Thank you for being so wonderful!

My cleaning went great! I've never had a Dentist perform the cleaning themselves but this location does not have hygienist only assistants so the Dr. has to do the cleanings! She was super quick and the girls training were nice.

Everyone was super nice and kind. It went smoothly and the office was clean and they seemed to take many covid precautions. :) I look forward to my follow up cleaning in January.
