List of Sea Mar Battle Ground Medical Clinic's Reviews
Very short of notice that the appointment got canceled. The appointment is at 12, they’ve asked my confirmation for coming to appointment the day before. Then called me in the morning around 9:30 am to tell me the appointment got cancelled.horrible experience. Have to set aside my work for half day . just wasting my time .
Mark M Marshall was super friendly and charismatic. All biet I've seen someone different every time but Mark seemed liked he cared and so did my previous PCP Caral Cha never had a bad a experience.
Thomas Backus is the best dentist in clark. This place is way better then affordable oral care in vancouver. This place has compasion affordable oral care is a butcher shop.
Nice staff. Not a good experience otherwise.
People in battleground clinic never answered the phone , other clinic like salmon creek answer
Always feel welcome when I come there . Also Dr Bludorn is pretty awesome.
If i can give no star i will choose that. Unacceptable customer service, especially receptionists. They scheduled appointment and sent me reminder but when I came for my appointment they told me my appointment is on different time and date. 2 times rescheduled appointments with no explanation, no phone call to inform me before I made this unnecessary trip for 30 min from my house. So reception customer service its very bad. so sad..
I have been calling everyday for a week straight. I have been on hold for hrs everytime, i have left a call back number and still nothing. Its impossible to get ahold of them. I am starting to think they dont have a phone connection at all. So frustrating for their clients, especially when the doctors there dont follow through with their job. I needed a prescription filled and now I am two weeks without my medication beacuse the doctor never sent the prescription in the first place. Do people even work there? Do people there answer the phones? The clients of this facility deserve better and more than what they are receiving!
I am a six year patient of Sea Mar (previous Counties plus this one). Been very happy with the staff and service. Until now. VERY disappointed this happened; but it did. The Provider Tina L mentioned in her review of 02/08/2021 is no longer there. I was also her patient; I followed her from the Salmon Creek location. I needed to a new refill of an Rx that I have been taking for years. Should have been done with the minimum charge of 10 mins ($128); but the new Provider this clinic assigned me to proceeded to go over my ENTIRE patient chart and charged me for 30-39 mins ($309.74). To further add to my anger; this assigned Provider is NOT with my insurance carrier; although "Sea Mar" is*. Thus; the annual flu shot was charged to me. It has been one week; still waiting for this clinic's Supervisor to call me back to resolve this, per Sea Mar's Billing instructions.*Yelpers: Please keep this in mind when seeking new Provider*
I arrived today for my scheduled appointment on time and was told it had been cancelled because the Dr. wasn't coming in. No explanation, no phone call to inform me before I made this unnecessary trip. I've had other issues with this clinic, including being on hold interminably to make another appt. It's a sad sad world that this is the "quality" of service people on Medicaid have to deal with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
