I loved the midwives I saw during my pregnancy. I hated the TVC midwife (Kate Fields) that was present during my delivery. She tried to do an episiotomy even though baby and I were perfectly fine and healthy and I had it in my birth plan not to unless medically necessary. My support person had to intervene. The midwife that I saw for my normal appts said that those only should be performed if something is going wrong and happen very very seldom. The after report for my birth I was told things went perfectly by a nurse. It was a short labor and no nicu needed, so there was not any good reason to do one. Fields should not be practicing anymore if her first instinct is to just slice to make things faster.I loved the midwives I saw during my pregnancy. You need a mask. Clean facility. Read the Do Not signs before entering. Came out to drop off a WWII veteran who needed a volunteer driver so he can see a Dr. -- Too many employees speeding into the parking lot. ( Based on where they tend to park)
This clinic in battleground is one of the worst places I’ve ever tried to take my child. The nurse that was working last night was totally rude to me , talk down to me like a lesser human and tried to make me feel like I was the one in the wrong for trying to get my son a COVID-19 test for his surgery.I would never recommend taking your self or your child to this place. If I could give them no stars I would. This clinic in battleground is one of the worst places I’ve ever tried to take my child. …More
Charged me $500 for a COVID test you can get for free at Walgreens. This price was not advertised anywhere and I had no idea I’d be paying that much until the bill came.
Like all clinics, Vancouver Clinic has very good doctors and some not so good. One of their biggest problems is their system. Individual doctors do not have their own phone number so you have to go through their main number which is seldom answered in less that 15 minutes. However, if you call billing you'll get someone in less than 1 minute. It's obvious where their priorities are. They also have a bizarre waiting list for appointments. Instead of calling people based upon when they were added to the list, at 7am they send out a notice to 10 people and the first to respond gets the appointment. It's time for me to move on.Tim
Don't know why they can make you wait hours and not pay you.................
If I were you, I would go to any other Vancouver Clinic Urgent care. The nurse practitionor only cared about getting me out as fast as possible. They did not diagnose me correctly since I had to go a different Vancouver Clinic urgent care. Also, I called to receive a note excusing me from work 2 days in a row. They never called back. However, Salmon Creek Vancouver Clinic Urgent care exceeded my expectations. If I were you, I would go to any other Vancouver Clinic Urgent care. TVC Battle Ground was so helpful and accommodating when I was having a hard time finding an appointment to get my vaccination. I was very impressed with their kind service.
I really like my daughter's pediatrician and staff at this clinic...when I can get in touch with them! I've been trying to get my infant in for a flu vaccine (she's under the age to get one elsewhere) and have called on three different occasions but can never reach a human! Their system offers a "convenient call-back", which I've signed up for twice in the AM. I expected to be contacted by the end of the day but my calls have never been returned. This is ridiculous. There's not even an option to schedule a vax appointment in their app. I was really considering switching myself over to another physician in this system but have reconsidered due to this.***Update: December 6thI needed to a follow-up vaccine for my infant and couldn't find an option for it on their app. I do NOT want to schedule and pay for an unneeded routine office visit, since a vax should be fully covered by preventative insurance. After being on hold for 40 minutes, I gave up. It's faster for me to drive TO the clinic and do it in person! Got a $230 bill for a Covid test! Was told after the fact that in order to get a Covid test you had to have a office visit, which since it is coded as a non-Covid visit insurance wouldn’t cover. Saw the Dr. for literally 1 min, that’s $230 per min 🤬

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
