I went to Dr. Laury for an issue that a few other ENTs couldn't help with and she had a regimen for me fairly quickly. Time will tell whether it is the right one but I was pleased that I was listened to. I showed up early but was only called back 20 minutes after my appointment start. Others were in the same boat so the waiting room was uncomfortably crowded for a pandemic. I was asked to wait in the exam room for follow up referrals but had to go looking for someone after 10 minutes had passed. The lady I found clearly remembered that she had forgotten about me. Hopefully I was just there on an off day because I do appreciate that they were able to see me within 2 weeks of when I called.

Dr Laury allowed me to bring my CPAP to my appointment to more accurately document how my sinuses swell up after I start using my CPAP. I felt comfortable accepting her care because she was easy to understand.
