Easy on-line check-in. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Laury was professional, upbeat, and engaging for both the parent and child. Dr. Laury also did an amazing job of supporting her recommendation for our situation.

Dr. Laury is friendly, fast and efficient. She came highly recommended by friends. I had probably perferated my eardrum and gone first to a primary care dr. who could not see anything due to having the wrong instruments. Then a nurse practioner in an ENT's office could not see anything and chose not to tell me anymore. Dr. Laury, my third attempt to find what had happened to my ear, actually was able to look and help me figure out what had happened. I took away one star because on my second visit to see her, I'm pretty sure my 7:45 am appt. was swapped with another so that I was seen at 8 am. I work. I made the appt. I should have been seen at the correct time or, at least, asked if I minded swapping. Otherwise, the office staff is friendly and I would recommend seeing Dr. Laury.
