If you need results the same day because your doctor's treatment plan depends on getting the results by midafternoon, do NOT go here. Despite being told multiple times that they were capable of providing official radiology reads on images ordered as STAT, failed to deliver despite verifying early afternoon that it would be completed on time and cost me thousands of dollars because of it.

Dr. Jacobs represents the best of the medical professionals: Completely honest, trustworthy, personable and compassionate. He is totally dedicated to the care of each patient and listens to their concerns and issues. He is top notch in his fields of expertise. My family has relied on Dr Jacobs for over 30 years and you couldn't find a better, or more reliable advocate, to help you navigate through any medical issues

Dr. Jacobs is the kindest radiologist I have ever heard of. I recommended my mom here and Dr. Jacobs personally made sure each of her exams were given thorough attention and care. I came to BMI for my first mammogram as well and the clinic and staff was amazing.

I had my first mammogram done here at BMI; Dr. Jacobs was so kind and thorough when we found a finding. He biopsied the tumor and ensured I was comfortable and personally called me to let me know my results. Best radiologist I have ever heard of.

I have had several excellent experiences there. MRI's of my knee and two of my lower back. I have no insurance and the charge was very reasonable.

Dr. Jacobs is extremely caring and very thorough. He diagnosed my breast cancer and I have been to him every year since for follow-up imaging. I can't say enough about his gentle bedside manner and making one feel comfortable during a very stressful time.

Staff was wonderful. But had to wait over and hour to see Dr Jacobs. He nice to be but so rude and mean to his staff. The he talked to his ultrasound tech in front me made me uncomfortable and felt like I should of left the room.
