I came in for a gynecomastia surgery and after the initial surgery and a revision from Dr. McIntosh the problem was not resolved and I am still left with heavy scarring under both of my nipples. I went to another doctor about a year after and they were easily able to fix the gynecomastia and are in the process of repairing the damaged scar tissue left by Dr. McIntosh I would avoid using him for anything. Horrible experience, I paid money to get permanent scars that I have to pay someone else to hopefully fix.

I am so impressed with Dr. McIntosh and his whole team. I had my girls done after my beautiful kids completely destroyed them and I am so happy. I had a very pleasant experience right from the start. Dr. McIntosh answered all of my questions during my first consultation visit and stayed in communication with me via email after I had many more questions come up. His office staff was very kind and comforting. I did go on 2 other consultations with different doctors but I just did not feel that level of comfort that I had with Dr. McIntosh an his team. Another amazing add on to the whole experience, the surgery came with a special gift of a medical facial and botox...for free. I was told they offer it to their clients to make sure they feel their absolute best after surgery! That is just another example of how amazing this office is.. I have yet to take advantage of those, but I will definitely come back to review those services after. Surgery itself went very smoothly, and even though I had a lot of nerves about it going in, I can honestly say I was making it a much bigger deal in my head than it truly was. I've had a very smooth recovery and minimal pain. The first 3 days were uncomfortable but after that I was off my medication and feeling great. I can now wear so many cute tops that I only wished I could just a month ago. Yes, you are getting some scars but the trade off is so worth it to me. Go see Dr. McIntosh, you will love him and your results!

I have a membership here to see aesthetician Susie. Whereas I've been tending to my skin like any bourgie woman these days does, it wasn't until I found this office that I have really gotten into the perfect routine with just the right procedures, products and equipment. I'm convinced that this office has got it right--consistent facial treatments, little by little is the way to go. Each appointment feels more like a spa experience rather than a medical aesthetics appointment. The people here are wonderful--warm, smart, friendly. As a bonus, the membership pricing takes any of the guilt out of frequenting the medspa. This is a shout from the rooftops endorsement from me. I look forward to exploring all that Refine MD has to offer.

I have been thinking on how/what to write for a review and hopefully I put into words my feelings towards Dr. McIntosh and his team. 26 years fighting against plastic surgeries.. and waking up everyday with a bigger bra size and terrible back pain. I refused to, feared the unexpected and certainly the risk.. After my two babies, the pain became intolerable.. I spoke to 7 surgeon offices and visited 4 of them. The day I visited Dr. McIntosh's office my perception changed.. not all the surgeons were like the others I visited and I had found one I could trust. The amount of time he took to release my stress, to explain to me how my life would change with a breast reduction but more importantly, professionally listen to what I needed and wanted, I cannot thank him enough. After 3 months since my surgery, I can tell all women reading this post my life has changed drastically. I feel and look amaaaazing! I love my body but more importantly, I feel full of energy, my pain is gone, my life is back and I now enjoy playing with my boys on the ground without regretting it at night. Please do not hesitate to go through a breast reduction, I resisted 26 years after seeing my mom and my sister go through it and saying it was the best they did.. not even then I believe it until my time came. I had lower abdomen lipo, hips lipo and breast reduction. I remember on the day of my surgery telling Dr. McIntosh is it really safe? What if. What if... And will never forget my peace of mind with his response: if anything meant a risk to you, I would have never agreed to it. Thank you Dr. McIntosh & staff. Thank you for your contribution to my life changing event. I will be forever grateful.

After failing to treat my rosacea for many years I needed help. I got in touch with Susie at Dr McIntosh's office. While I expected to reduce my redness, I was beyond delighted when she was able to return my skin to it's former youthful creamy tone. Unbelievable! Shortly thereafter I had a consult with Dr McIntosh about freshening up my middle aged face. He suggested the least invasive (and least expensive) treatment would get me maximum results. I had such a wonderful experience with my consultation with Dr Mclntosh & his staff. He was very personable & very attentive. I had to bring my baby with me due to last minute arrangements & both Dr Mclntosh and staff welcomed her. This place is amazing and I look forward to having my mommy makeover done by Dr. Mclntosh.

We love Dr McIntosh, he's truly an artist! My first visit I told him I needed the 11 between my brows gone, but the rest was whatever he thought I needed. I was extremely nervous but let him do his thing. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE!! I looked 10 years younger walking out of the office! And it only got better over the next couple weeks. Botox and the fillers are amazing. I'm hooked now! Go see Dr McIntosh!!

Four years ago I had a double mastectomy top surgery, and later a revision. Even now I remember his name to recommend others who need surgery. He was kind, understanding, and walked me through and I was very comfortable.
