Excellent everything. To begin with, the office front desk was so understanding when I had to postpone my apt. It was during the snow and ice time after Christmas. There was no way I could make my way off a steep hill to drive there. Totally kind, professional help. I was able to keep my apt a few weeks later. Dr Ruffin took care of my ears in a great way. Explained the process. Answered any questions. Professional, expert, and I was glad for my treatment. We talked about hearing issues. I was able to get a hearing test while I was there and now know how important it is for me to stay up to date on that. The Expert who ran the hearing test was efficient, positive, and also answered any questions I had. That is important to me. My care was very good. The office staff were kind, cheerful, professional and efficient. Easy for me to deal with. I’ll keep going there for treatment.

Had a wonderful tonsillectomy experience. Fast recovery and was eating pizza before the two week mark! Thank you so much dr. Ruffin, the surgery was life changing. Cannot recommend him enough! Great practice all around.
