I saw Dr. Gam several weeks ago in December. Dr. Gam is rude, dismissive and provided a terrible experience. I normally see other doctors in the practice and had to see him, he questioned the care his colleagues provided, threw out a litany of potential illnesses I may have and questioned all prior medication, all without consulting my notes. After telling him multiple times the notes are in the system he quickly scanned them but continued to talk over me. I would never see him again and recommend seeing anyone else in the practices. Again, this is not a reflection of the practice but his ignorant, abrasive and dismissive approach. I can’t imagine any patients connect with him and leave with a positive experience.

Very attentive, and very willing to listen to problems and help come up with solutions. Bedside manner is excellent - very friendly, doesn't lecture, just tries to genuinely help solve problems and issues.

Dr Gan has been very helpful with dealing with me and my medical issues for years. He listens and with both discuss the best treatment plan for me to take. I won't go to anyone else.

This review is not about Dr.Gan but his rude staff. Earlier I talked with the lady thr called Julia about 4:30 appointment. We then booked a 4-5 p.m slot for me and my wife. For some reasons my wife had to cancel out and told her about the same. I was under the impression that i would fall back to 4:30 slot. I took half a day leave and was heading for the clinic when this lady told me that your slot of 4 p.m has expired and she has scheduled another patient @ 4:30. Ridiculous.Needless to tell that both of us cancelled our appointments and would never go there back again. Want other people to know about this too.
