They make patients less fearful of surgery with their care and medical information training. I'm still not sure what the charges will be.
Dr. K is absolutely the most caring and professional doctor I’ve ever meant! He took so much time with my father yesterday who had a more complicated procedure and was able to suggest another doctor to continue my dads surgical needs. I’ve never had a doctor care and go above and beyond like Dr. K did and his staff and everyone were so helpful and caring .Thank you so much!!!
Dr Kageyama & his staff made me feel extremely comfortable with my surgery. I found him to be very informative, professional, knowledgeable, sensitive to my concerns, & kind. I will always recommend Dr. Kageyama & his staff !!!
A very good experience and highly professional
This was my first visit and was a consult so it was only about 10 minutes long, but everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor answered all my questions and put me at ease.
Dr K is the best! Profesional staff, efficient service, and they really care about you and the outcome! Dr K’s work is excellent. . .I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I always look forward to my checkups. Dr. Daniel has a great personality. He takes each examination very serious, and you always feel good when you leave. Thank you for another great visit. Enjoy your summer and I'll see you in another 6 months. Take care, John
Dr Sugai’s educational videos are so so helpful. I wish I lived in Washington still so I could go to him for my dermatology issues.
The office team was very helpful on our first visit for my husband’s basil cell that needed to be removed. We had gone in for his initial consult and they took his insurance information. Dr. Kageyama saw him before a procedure so we wouldn’t have to wait. The office staff told us the surgery was covered…. We just received a statement from their 2nd-party billing department for $873. That does not include the two other charges for almost an additional $500 that will be added to it. The billing department will review the charges, but it looks standard in their opinion. We called the office to ask about it. They told us, “Well it is covered…but there might be a deductible.” We were never told that was a possibility with this procedure or that there may be a balance. Every doctor’s office we’ve ever been to lists out costs and what insurance covers and what you will own (give or take). The dentist does that, my cryo-ablation doctor does that. We were only expecting a copay. When we further asked for assistance, we were told we needed to deal with the billing department, they can’t help. Last time I checked, the doctor still has the last say and considering their mistake in how our surgery, insurance, and communication was handled, you would think they would help reduce the bill. Had we known about these charges we would have gone to our insurance to try to find a clinic where more of the charges were covered. Bad communication, no help after.
Similar to other posters, my experience with their billing department is abysmal. They are still trying to collect on a bill that I paid over a year ago, and I have already submitted proof of payment three times. At this point I am being contacted by a collection agency for a check that they deposited into their account a year ago.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
