Doctor and PA are awsome, the rest of staff are rude with chauvinistic atitude, from receptionists to jr assistants. fix it

Dr. Carlos was very nice and patient about explaining my skin issue, which was benign. However the check in was ridiculous. A questionnaire was loaded on a grubby ipad that had fingerprints all over it. Questions seemed irrelevant (my birth weight? Really?), and I spent lots more time with that nasty ipad in my hands than I did the exam chair. And in spite of covid being on the uptick again, no masks until medical staff. That said, Dr. Carlos has a good rep abd is very kind, which is worth a lot.

I am so thankful for Dr. Carlos she is thorough and always knows the answers to my questions and concerns. She is caring, kind and able to make me feel very comfortable and relaxed; in a situation where I am neither of those!!!

I am a big fan of Dermatology Arts. We searched a long time to find a provider we liked and we've been really happy with the care here. They listen to your concerns and take the time to answer questions. They're highly skilled and we've received excellent care here.

What a lovely group of people. I can't recommend them highly enough. I saw Tiffany Yim, PA-C and met Dr. Master. I had a full body skin cancer check. The atmosphere was so comfortable (but also very professional). I felt like I was meeting with old friends. I have landed at my forever dermatologist!
