Dr Eisen was on time for my visit. He was very professional and personable 5 stars

He misdiagnosed my symptoms. My symptoms occurred because of the nasal drip syndrome not because of what he diagnosed. I took nose cold medicine and allergy medicine and they helped my symptoms go away. I hope he treats patients carefully and does the best what he can do to find several causes from patients’ symptoms not treating patients roughly.

Dr. Eisen asked pertinent questions about my condition and quickly assembled a strategy of treatment. He gave me the expected outcome and suggested alternatives if the outcome is not achieved.

Dr. Eisen is a caring professional. I appreciate his listening and problem solving, collaborating and thinking “ outside the box” so to speak. Not impressed with mixups by office staff with RX though, if she said” often times there’s glitches with faxes getting to pharmacies, “ in that case it seems in order to check and see if it went through…..I was going out of town, on my way to pick up the new RX, it wasn’t there….messed everything up, time wise

The worst doctor.He performed a nasal endoscopy without wearing gloves. I don't know what he did to me after I left his office I have pain in my throat and ears. I regret going to this office
