I hired Family Best Care to come into my home three times a week to sit with my husband who has Lewy Body Dementia….this is the first experience doing this…I was nervous for myself and concerned how my husband would react to strangers in his home….the WONDERFUL, CARING WOMEN who came to care for my husband were NEVER STRANGERS…they were so warm and kind...they sat patiently and listened to my husband tell his stories as I ran errands or worked in the garden or just sat and read a book allowing me to recharge! My main contact person was Rosemary…she was kind and patient from the first phone call, she always let me know what caregiver would be sitting with my husband and called often to see how he was doing! Janeen was my husband’s main caregiver…she is a lovely young woman who I often heard laughing with my husband and her calm, easy going personality was exactly what he needed…she felt like family. I would hire or recommend Family Best Care again if ever needed…my husband is now living in a memory care home because his disease has progressed to needing 24 hour care. The team was always there for me and ALWAYS SUPER RESPONSIVE from the schedulers to the financial department! Thank you….much gratitude!
