I am very happy for this opportunity to tell others about the excellent service provided by Interim HealthCare of Bellevue. In 2023, my wife was diagnosed with a brain disease that affected her balance, mobility, memory, and cognitive function. It was scary and overwhelming, and I knew that we needed some help. We tried several well-known agencies and were thoroughly dissatisfied. Then someone connected us with Dexter, the Administrator of Interim Health. He immediately provided us with temporary caregivers to meet our need, and then was able to schedule someone to be our caregiver on a regular basis. Our caregiver has been with us for about three years now. Her role has changed as our needs have changed, and as my wife has improved to the point where she can do many things on her own. Dexter and Lin, the Care Manager, have been reliable and very easy to work with. We have no complaints and only praise for our experience with Interim Health.

Lisa Tierney from Interim Healthcare of Bellevue was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with my son's father in law coming to the US from overseas and needing a private nurse while he was here. Lisa called me almost immediately after I left a message and followed up with me several times in order to resolve my issue. Lisa is someone who cares about her customers and if she is representative of everyone at Interim Healthcare of Bellevue, I don't think you can go wrong.

Interim has been providing home care services for us for the last 6 weeks or so. Dexter is very personable and was able to get help started within a week. The care givers have been compassionate and have suggested improvements like grab bars which are very helpful and appreciated. I would recommend them to friends and family.
