Had been waiting for months for this appointment for my daughter. Came 10 minutes late and the ladie at the front desk said she needed to check in the back to see if they would still take my appointment. She came back 5 minutes later to tell me they could not take my appointment anymore. I said I wanted to talk with the doctor or someone else. Someone came at 3:08 to take me outside of the waiting area to tell me they could not take my appointment anymore between the time we were talking and going back and forth it was alredy 3:10. Such an unfair medical system. We as patients need to wait for months for appointments and doctors don't even consider the 15 minute grace we used to have in the past for appointments. Too bad, such bad staff.

I was a walk-in and Dr. K was kind enough to take me as a new patient, to help me with my emergency issue, to give me a hearing test and offer me a follow up so that I could keep an eye on my issue.
