I highly recommend Dr Sailer. He did not try to "push" me into undergoing shoulder surgery, and was very frank about I could expect. It has been several years since my surgery, and what he told me that I could expect was accurate.

Dr. Sailer took the time to deeply understand my medical data, then leveraged his highly qualified expert knowledge to advise me in all of the tradeoffs related to my case, which involved some complex decisions for me to consider. I appreciated him patiently answering my questions and thoroughly explaining each aspect of how my condition might be handled.

Though I had talked with both Dr Sailer and his assistant, Jacob, on the phone this was my first visit to the clinic. Jacob was very personable and answered many of my preliminary questions, deferring to the doctor on the more involved ones. Dr Sailer was great at listening to my story, and explaining my condition, both with screening results and physical manipulation. I came away with a better understanding of my condition, what my strategy should be going forward and how to manage any discomfort.

I have had two complete shoulder replacements by Dr. Sailer. Both were very successful. I have 95-100% range of motion in both shoulders. I had no complications. Dr.Sailer is a wonderful, professional, highly skilled surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
