List of Overlake Clinics Bellevue Sleep Medicine's Reviews
I felt very comfortable with the doctor. The doctor was extremely professional and caring.
Just made my first appointment after not being able to book online, then waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. The lady on the phone said I will have to pay for parking and they don't validate. What a joke.
I hope you don’t need to come here. If you need answers and actual care please ask your primary care physician to refer you elsewhere My consultation here was back in June. Oddly it took no time at all to get the consultation scheduled. It is now November 7th. I’m no mathematician but according to my calculations that is 5 months since the doctor (lovely, unfortunately no longer there) ordered a home sleep study that has still not even been scheduled. Not even on the docket. Two weeks after the consultation I checked in and was eventually told that they were two months behind on scheduling sleep studies. Now apparently they’re working on 6 months or longer, not that anyone has updated that info. Obviously higher insurance payouts get priority access to care. Because, again, not a mathematical genius but how else can one explain so many more months worth of patients ahead of me and my garbage plan? This is how healthcare runs, we all know this. Cool cool cool I just need to breathe while I am sleeping. And listen, I hate bad reviews and complaining but at this point I just need to get this show on the road before I croak in the night. So hey Overlake how about that sleep study and the subsequent care? Looking forward to hearing from you.
No one gets back to you. Went in for an appointment, they said they would contact my insurance to clear a sleep study, it’s been over three weeks. I keep calling and they don’t answer.
Long wait times when you call. Mistakes in scheduling, mistakes in doctors orders. No one follows up. This place is a joke - do not visit. Choose some other sleep clinic like Swedish.
Let me start by saying that the customer service in this office is a joke. The front desk staff treat you in such an indifferent way, you start to feel like you're the problem. I went in for a first time consultation and got surprised with a $549 bill. Thank God I have insurance, but it's insane that they charge you that much just to see the doctor for 30 mins. Blows my mind. I recommend you see a different clinic if possible.
Dr. Scott Bonvallet takes your concerns seriously and communicates clearly. The staff is friendly and courteous. The sleep study process is about as hassel free as it probably can be. If you have any concerns about your sleep health you should feel confident that Overlake Sleep Disorders Center is a great place to start your investigation.
I couldn't figure out all the one-star reviews until I actually tried to deal with the Overlake Clinic. Do you like waiting on hold forever? Come here! Do you like medical personnel to not return your phone call for hours? Come here. Do you like having your appointment canceled the evening before the day of your appointment? Come here!
20 years with them. Our relationship worked when my insurance paid for the CPAP machine and accessories 100%. It changed when I needed to pay for them myself and I found lower CPAP prices online. The kicker was I need a prescription to buy them online. Tried to get a prescription from Overlake Sleep Medicine for 4 months, numerous phone calls.... it was this continuous circle of phone calls not returned and empty promises. While at the same time I continued to get numerous robo calls from their sales dept trying to get me to place my order with them. Went to the Everett clinic got my prescription it was so easy!
I'm calling tomorrow, after being told 2 different times in 2 months they would get back to me, and never did! I had to reach out! They are telling me different things than I was told in person on top of that. I'm hoping they can make this right.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
