We were there almost 3 hours waiting in the patient room, only to be told "the doctor left" without ever coming in to see us and that "we could read her notes online." We were also told "the X-rays did not all come out and were not all readable." The unmasked X-ray technician took me by my arm and led me outside at just before midnight. It was all without masks and the behavior so odd, that we have decided to take our family and look elsewhere for medical services going forward. It was quite bizarre. I come from a long line of medical professionals.

My cough/cold condition occurs every winter and I know the standard procedure followed by doctors. In this case the interview was minimal, no rapport was developed with the doctor and consequently no confidence in his diagnosis and recommendations. My opinion is that I did not receive professional service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I got in line online and had no wait when I arrived. They offered me a hot drink and a blanket when I was waiting in the exam room.

Went in around 11am due to multiple dog bites to my hands (actively bleeding and lightly bandaged up). Was quoted a 2 hour wait and was told they couldn’t triage my case. No attempt to even ask a medical team member whether it should be triaged. I left immediately to Concentra down the street (same amount of people in the lobby) and was immediately triaged and seen by the doctor within 10 minutes.

In November:Long wait time before seeing Dr. But fairly fast to get X-ray reading. Was disappointed that Dr didn’t address issue of severe sleep deprivation likely to come with steroid. I had to bring it it up as a concern. Overall good but not great medical experience Back in December for another injury. Pulled back muscle badly. Barely any wait. Saw PA. Seems to have taken all the right steps. Good experience.

Was able to save a place in line, online. Was seen pretty close to that time. Personnel were very helpful and clearly explained what was going on and how to treat symptoms.

I make an urgent care appointment at 4 pm and received message for 20 mins delays at 3:40pm. Furthermore, when I checked in at 4:16pm and filled the patient form, I waited for another hour to see the doctor. If they can't secure the time slots for the appointments, they should notify patients earlier.
