Me and my spouse had great experience with Dr. Mohammed. He patiently listened and answered all our questions. He cared for us and we could see that in the way he spoke to us. Will miss him at WWMED Marysville but looking forward to meet him at this center.
Abliest and Bias
They're always so helpful and very supportive of their patients!
1.) They charge exorbitant, unfair prices 2.) Their nurse(s) were incompetent and basically committed malpractice 3.) They're wasting resources on PR, which requires money extracted from point 1.) to sustain. 1.) I received a spray of liquid nitrogen for wart removal, a process that took a few minutes. The bill was ~350. (Yes, my insurance covered most of it, but I was still left with an extra $60 to pay, in addition to the copay.) This is a scam. Liquid nitrogen costs very little, as can be verified by a quick internet search. An honest doctor/practice should not charge anything and just include it as part of the copay. When I lived in Boston, I got an entire MRI scan for something close to that amount. (To back this up, you can look up the Yelp reviews of a place called "Longwood MRI" in the Boston area, where a review from 2022 is complaining about having to pay "almost $500" out of pocket. Imagine that! $500 for an entire MRI scan, but 5 seconds of liquid nitrogen spray costs $350.) This was Dr. Granath charging me this, btw. 2.) For some reason, I ended up having a strange complication after the wart treatment. Several days later my ankle, foot, and even my calf started to swell up. I called in, and the nurse on the phone (after consulting someone) literally told me that this is normal, part of the process of the blister healing, and that I shouldn't worry. This was anything but normal! Turned out that I had developed a blood clot in my leg. Those are dangerous, and the fact that the medical advice they gave me was to simply ignore it is extremely concerning. The textbook definition of medical malpractice is that it results in harm, and I avoided further harm in this case by getting medical attention elsewhere, but it's still very shameful that they gave me such wrong advice on something that in hindsight seems so common-sense that it shouldn't even require much expertise to get right. 3.) As you can see by all the replies they post to every review, including this one, they apparently expend resources on PR and have someone monitoring reviews, instead of focusing all their efforts/attention on healthcare. This points back to point 1.): by leeching more money out of the medical system via exorbitant fees, they create the extra funds to pay people to do PR, instead of focusing all their resources only on providing the best care.

They made my visit seamless. From checking in and throughout the entire check up and blood draws. So professional and kind.
Had my first visit at this clinic today for an annual physical. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and approachable! Dr. Hirokawa and her medical team were all so pleasant to interact with; my family medical history/my history were taken seriously and recommendations/steps were taken for my health care without hesitation. I was able to get an updated flu vaccine done at the same appt. And it's so nice to be able to get blood work done at the same location you saw the doctor vs having to go to a separate lab facility at a different time for lab work. I felt very comfortable and welcome throughout my whole visit! Happy I found new primary care here!
Very responsable and polite attention to my request and condition, the nurse was fantastic.
I feel I'm in good hands at this clinic

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
