I am very pleased with Dr. Anna Mamiya's office for my hearing aide requirements. I have been seeing Dr. Mamiya twice a year for over five years. She is very meticulous, well focused and can/will recalibrate hearing aides to my current hearing requirements. Her office is very clean/professional and staffs are always friendly and informative.

I would not recommend going here for help with tinnitus. As a fellow healthcare provider and someone suffering from tinnitus, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respectful care - especially after reading so many positive reviews beforehand. The audiologist was strongly biased against the use of any psychiatric meds and called one of her other patients “stupid” for taking an SSRI that triggered their tinnitus. She also told me I had inner ear damage (which I’ve now found isn’t true, and she didn’t do testing to confirm this), said my tinnitus wasn’t “that bad”, and gave me no options for managing it. When I tried to ask clarifying questions to better understand her conclusions, she said, “I think you’re too anxious.” I left feeling shamed, invalidated, confused, and without a path forward. I don’t like to post negative reviews but this experience was truly poor, and I’d hate for anyone else to have a similar experience.

I have been seeing 'Dr. Mamiya' for a while. She has been very great, patience and listens to me always and answers all my questions. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I upset on the problem which I am having, but she makes sure I am always positive. Another good thing is, she is very reliable and honest. I am glad that I found 'PAC Audiology' for their wonderful support. And their front desk has an amazing staff as well like Melissa. I would recommend PAC Audiology and Dr. Mamiya.
