Kristy at billing is super rude!!! She would not acknowledge sending incorrect billing statement and ask patient to pay additional $30 late fee due to the billing mistake.

Had a bad experience with the doctor and staff. Didn't offer much follow up steps to get better. Office is hard to reach regarding patient records and office visit summary compared to other provider network which has all docs onlines for easy access.
