Called the Bellevue location to schedule an appt showed up and it turns out they scheduled it for the Kirkland location since they just assumed Id want to go there since I live in Kirkland they never informed me about this in any way My Doctors office told me about the Bellevue location and I wasnt even aware there was a Kirkland location... So I showed up to Bellevue and obviously couldnt get in and now I have to take more time out of my busy schedule. The assumptions and lack of communication is frustrating...

After reading the reviews I was pretty nervous about going in. I had a couple bad experiences with mammograms in Edmonds and I was apprehensive. I went in they are very organized through clean and friendly. The doctor came in Dr Acheson explained everything that was found which was nothing to be alarmed about and told me she would see me next year. Highly recommend

I called around to find the best prices of medical care for an mri. 4K billed later and 2500$ off the original quote I wish the price that I was quoted would have been exactly what they would have billed for instead of trying to play the games of over billing and then walking back the costs I paid what they thought my payment should have been and then got billed more later. Medical care shouldn’t be this difficult to pay what was billed.

Appointment did not happen. I call to confirm on Monday all set. Checked in on Tuesday waited for 10 to 15 minutes. They did not have proper image results for last injection. I was told by Drs office they would send all informationNeed someone to check all information is complete. So mad a lot of waisted time and effort pain

Ive had lots of imaging done on my back over the years.  This CDI location has terrific staff.  The woman at reception was friendly and went out of her way to bring my requested imaging copy out to the car so I didnt have to stay in the waiting room i was supposed to lay flat and she didnt want me waiting.  My technician wish I had her name was so positive and efficient.  She put me at ease.  HIGHLY recommend Dr Singh.  He thoroughly explained the procedure as he went along and more importantly was really good.

I have had an MRI and  CT Scan here and from making the appointment to the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the technicians I am overly impressed. I have anxiety with these machines and the staff was very caring and understanding. They explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The place has easy parking both times they were right on time for me and didnt rush me. I highly recommend.

The staff was amazing  I didnt understand that my procedure would require me to lay down immediately after it.  My ride would not be arriving for two hours due to other issues.  Rather than having to reschedule and waste an entire morning they were able to squeeze me in between other patients to complete the scan just before my ride arrived.  The tech who did the scan even delayed her lunch break to perform the procedure  Everyone was so nice and caring would come out into the waiting area to sit down and discuss things with me instead of just calling me up the counter.  The doctor who did the dye injection into the spinal area was awesome such a calming demeanor really helped with my discomfort and anxiety  The entire staff treated me like they were caring for a family member  Thank you so much.The only suggestion I would make concerns their signage out front on the street.  Very difficult to notice if you have not been there before We drove past it the first time.

The only reason I gave this place two stars is due to the friendly staff and the kindness of Dr. Haynes and his ability to perform a swift and painless FNA Receiving results is another story. I was told my doctor would have the pathology report within 34 days. As weeks went by I reached out to my doctor so her office could contact CDI for status updates. Each time they were told it was still processing. Finally I realized that I had agency and could contact CDI myself through the patient portal. Interestingly enough the results were released the next day without apology for the long wait. I received good news but the waiting was hell so for that I will not use them again.

Ive had 6 imaging procedures over the last 10 years and each time has been an excellent experience. Ive been to the Northgate Kirkland and Bellevue offices. Its easy to book an appointment the appointment runs on time the technicians are wonderful and the results are easy to view on the portal. I only wish that radiologists would talk to patients if there are abnormal findings but have been told that doesnt happen.

Went in for an MRI came out with a massive billing headache. They submitted a claim to my insurance and I paid my responsibility in full. Then they realized the claim they submitted was incorrect and submitted a second claim to replace the first and I promptly paid the difference between the first claim and the second.However they simply will not stop sending me bills in the mail. Each bill I get say I owe a different amount and the billing office cannot give me a straight answer. To make matters worse none of the line items on the bills I have received match up with the costsitems listed on the insurance claim. I believe theyre simply trying to extort more money from me even though I paid my bill in full. Avoid at all costs.
