Extremely disappointed. I booked an appointment for a breast scan almost 2 months in advance and 2 days before the appointment the facility calls to tell me the appointment has been cancelled. I had scheduled the appointment such that my kid does not have to accompany me to the appointment being mindful of their rules that no kids are allowed during Covid times. Of course now the alternative times being suggested coincide with my daughter having to accompany me and I cannot book an appointment in the windows provided since being a single parent I cant leave my kid alone at home to comply with this policy. I had informed them earlier that my kid comes wearing masks and a face shield. Given no option all I could do is cancel the appointment altogether after a wait of such a long time.
I had a wonderful experience today with CDI. It was my first time there but I was very impressed with the whole process. Extremely friendly staff and a very painless mammogram. Would definitely go back
This office is well run by a cheerful staff. It has large changing rooms and lockers with a key so you don’t have to worry about your stuff or tote it around with you. There’s free hot drinks and a huge selection of pristine brand new magazines. I never wait for more than a few minutes. The techs and doctor are all very kind and careful. I always receive a letter with my results and a reminder to make my next appt. They have new equipment and will compare your films to the last ones on file.Just be prepared the intake phone call is thorough and will take a while to get through it.Plenty of free parking.
My experience at CDI Bellevue has been nothing short of amazing. For such a very private intimately exposed process the ladies at CDI make you as comfortable as possible. I had my first ever mammogram here along with a follow up mammogram and then the subsequent biopsy after several spots of calcium deposits were detected. They take great care in making you as comfortable as possible with such a very uncomfortable process. Yes the squeeze hurts But they do their best to prepare you.The biopsy was painless and because everything was explained to me in detail upfront I wasnt nervous at all. They give you the nitty gritty...they dont sugar coat anything but that is the best way to be prepared in my opinion. After biopsy was completed they bandaged me up real good and I felt great afterward. Healing process was quick pain was minimal.Dont look anywhere else for your boobie care I promise youll be glad you went with CDI Bellevue. The ladies are all fantastic.
I wish I could give them a good review since there are so few places to get mammograms but I cannot. Two years ago I specifically asked the tech beforehand if she would put less pressure on the left breast as it is bigger. She ignored me and caused me a lot of pain. I have a pretty high pain threshold as I have had a broken neck and have lots of back issues. This year was worse. I reluctantly went back requested again that she be gentle on the left breast told her last year had hurt a lot and it was WORSE.It was excruciating unnecessary pain. I ended up bruised and in so much pain I could not sleep on my left side for a WEEK.I told the doctor in charge and nothing was done. Get thisshe said it is not necessary to exert so much pressure that it is painful. It helps get a better picture but is UNNECESSARY.Turns out its possible they pressed so hard they actually ruptured a cyst and that is what caused the pain.Four weeks later I paid my portion of the 1600dollar bill.
My doctor’s office originally tried to schedule a mammogram appt with another imaging company but had no availability until end of January. So they scheduled one with CDI. I called to confirm the appt and she confirmed the date and address. I showed up a few minutes earlier than the check in time. The receptionist said I was at the wrong location and that the other location was down the street about 45 blocks and said I would see it. Well I didn’t see a CDI sign. Frustrated I called them and the front desk girl confirmed that she had my chart in front of her waiting on me I explained with frustration that I was given the wrong address and on top of that the last girl didn’t give an address just directions. She then told me the address was 1800 I told her I see the address and would be right in. Walked in no CDI anywhere in the bldg. A lady pointed out that it was in the next bldg over at 1810. At this point I’m even more frustrated and upset. Upon walking into the “correct location” the front desk girl starts to ask me a couple questions regarding COVID then proceeds to tell me that they need to reschedule my appt. I then asked her is that because they gave me the wrong location in the first place?? She asked who I replied the lady who schedules the appointments and that I just got off the phone with her when she said she had my chart in front of her She didn’t even apologize and then asks me the same questions I just answered. I ask her if I’m being seen or being rescheduled. She said I will be seen. I fill out my paperwork and questionnaire. Sat down in the lobby watched all the ladies after me walk in and fill their paperwork out. After 40 mins of waiting every single lady were called in... even the ladies that came in after me. I walked back up the receptionist and asked her if she placed me behind everyone else. She lied and said it was in order of paperwork submitted. I told her to cancel my appointment and that I would never go back there again. All she said was ok. I’m beyond appalled by her and their lack of professionalism and handling of patients. This is exactly a place I would never place my trust in having my breasts probed and imaged for a serious health concern.
Very difficult to get a person online to scheduling an appt. I would not go back again. It shouldnt be so hard to just do a routine mammogram. After my mammogram CDI need additional images but I had to call them numerous times to try to get another appt. The only have 1 technician and she was out so its a big hassle.
What a pleasant experience start to finish. This practice uses 3D tomography which was 100% less painful that my previous mammogram technology at another Bellevue location which was brutal and archaic The was fabulous to me from scheduling to the way they greeted me processed my paperwork and engaged with me as I waited 5 minutes to be called in. I highly recommend their services to family and freinds.
Dr. Acheson and her staff are very professional yet friendly. I had my first mammogram at their office and Tina made the process very easy with her friendly manner. Dr. Acheson was very patient answering all my questions when I needed a biopsy. I would highly recommend Belladonna.
Im not too happy with my experience at Belladonna. I came for a mammogram which went fine. The technician was very nice and the process was okay.A week later I received a letter stating my mammogram had technical issues such as motion or incomplete views. Look no one wants to come back to do another mammogram if the first one wasnt done properly. Strike one. When I called Belladonna to make another appointment I was put on hold for over ten minutes before I finally hung up. I tried 3 times in one day to contact the front desk and each time was immediately put on hold. For over 10 minutes. Until I ended the call in frustration.I decided to take my business elsewhere. If they cant be bothered to 1 Do the mammogram correctly in the first place and 2 Put me on hold and not answer that many times then they dont deserve my time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
