List of Sea Mar Bellevue Dental Clinic's Reviews
After neglecting my teeth for a long time, I finally got the courage up to go see a dentist. Dr. Sebastian is an amazingly talented doctor. He is kind, gentle and I am very grateful for the services he and his entire staff provide. I am treated to quality work and professional treatment at every visit. Thank you
Destroyed my tooth. I had a filling done last month. The experience attempting to fix it was awful and so painful they purposely were not giving enough numbing. The dentist caused so much horrific bleeding, and now a month later the filling is coming out. I have so much dental anxiety this place made it so much worse i wish i never came to this evil place with providers and rude receptionists who don't care.
So far they answered the phone right away and i have an appointment in a couple of hours so all these losers saying reception problems the lady was nice as fudge and made everything as easy as possible they also answer the phone right away so to the people with phone issues maybe they dont cater to your every want and need you prolly called them when they were busy and the way you customers act of course noones gunna call back this place is a+ so far in my books
Sea Mar dental and doctors are some of the best out there. The staff is always courteous and consciousness. They treat there patients with kindness and they listen to your concerns. I highly recommend Sea Mar Bellevue for your dental and regular care physician all in one building.
This staff was always Great. I had no problems at sea mar in Bellevue. TheyAlways did a Great Job Always so niceFriendly and etc. I have slot of nice thingsTo say about sea mar dentist in Bellevue.
Dr. Sebastian and your team you are the best,i had dental problems for many years but the time i went there let me say i have seen a big difference that i can eat very well with no more pain and struggles, from extraction, filling to cleaning am so happy and i can recommend Dr. Sebastian and his team to everyone with dental problems you will never regret.
I went today for tooth pain and I was told that she wasn’t confident enough to extract my tooth. Why be a dentist if you can’t do your job? Waste of time
This place made what would have been a very expensive wisdom teeth extraction affordable. Dr. Sebastian has great bedside manner, and treats all of his patients fairly me and my mom have been going here for all of our dental work.
The receptionist nose up in the air thinks she is in above the patient, I was talking to her and she start doing something else, looked down to floor, pulling and pushing drawers complete ignores does not willing to give answer or talk, got mad easily become sarcastic. Hardly typing on keyboard because of long artificial nails not let her type least normal speed. I requested copy of p record she keep lying that does not have it. The Dr came told her to give my record. She printed out gave me without look at me. I cancelled my next app there. Bad attitude does not bring happiness to anywhere you go.
I really wanted to like this dentist because they take state insurance and staff are bilingual, both necessary things to serve underserved populations. However, I was extremely disappointed with the care I received, especially from Dr. Sebastian. I was diagnosed with a cavity and it took them 6 months to get me in to fill it. When I went in for my appointment, the dentist, Dr. Sebastian, greeted me by asking me about a very personal health condition listed on my intake; no introduction, no building rapport. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Anyway, I explained that I always get my fillings without novocaine, because I am very afraid of needles and will faint and have a small seizure. Dr. Sebastian did not listen to me and insisted I get novocaine anyway. I fainted, like I said I would, and then he refused to do my fillings after. I explained that I had to wait 6 months, take a whole day of work off, drive for an hour, and go through this anxiety, just for this appointment so I would appreciate if he still did the filling. He refused and said they would reschedule me. They didn't have an opening for another 6 months. When that appointment rolled around, he let me have the filling without novocaine. The cavity had gotten so big by that point, because it was a year later, that it hurt extremely badly. Also, the dentist had no bedside manner, and reminded me about how I fainted and continuously talked about it throughout my filling, which increased my anxiety. He also repeatedly asked me if I had fainted due to low blood sugar or something else, and I said no, I fainted because of anxiety, like I said I would. I also found out later he left an air bubble in my filling, which made my mouth hurt for 3 weeks, and I had to have it refilled by another dentist (I refused to go back to seamar). They also informed me at that appointment, which was 1 year after diagnosing my cavities, that I had a second cavity I was not previously informed about. And I was going to have to wait another 6 months (1.5 years total) for another appointment to fill this one. Why didn't they fill both at the same appointment? When I got this cavity filled at a different dental clinic, they informed me the cavity was so big it was almost in need of a root canal. So, in addition to the horrible experiences I had there, I almost had to get my first root canal because seamar did a terrible job. I will never go back to this clinic. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
