I cannot say enough good things about this team. Not only were they flexible and amazing, they were also easy to reach any time, day or night. The caregivers bent over backwards to be accommodating, and their care made the whole process of my stepfather’s passing so much more comfortable than it ever could have been without their help. Sharon, the owner, was an absolute godsend: warm, friendly, and genuinely caring from start to finish. The caregivers were amazing every step of the way. I am so appreciative and so thankful for everything they did for our family. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. In fact, I already have.

Really unhappy with the overnight caregivers and this company. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. No accountability from management when the caregivers aren't doing their jobs, clearly not properly trained. Caregivers can't be trusted to actually turn the patient and watch over them. Highly recommend not going with this company.

Exceptional experience with Silver Pacific! When my mother-in-law needed in-home care, we weren't sure where to turn. A friend recommended Silver Pacific so we gave them a call. Sharon came to meet with us that very day and was able to arrange caregiving to begin the following day! I wasn't sure how my mother-in-law would react to having someone in her space 24/7, and at first she was hesitant. But she quickly came to love each of her caregivers, and she felt so much safer and better when they were there. They took amazing care of her, assisting with all of her increasing needs over time. One thing I particularly loved was that each caregiver would text us a summary of the day after their shift ended. This helped us feel really connected and reassured, especially when we were traveling or away. I give Silver Pacific the highest possible recommendation. You can trust them to take the BEST care of your loved ones. Thank you to all the caregivers. You feel like part of our family 🫶

Silver Pacific has been amazing! Sharon, the case manager, initially met with our family and got to know our very specific needs prior to selecting the incredible caring and skilled team of wonderful caregivers for our loved ones. We have a unique situation where there are 3 family members in one home that require high skilled 24/7 care. They know how to respond to each individual with their specific, ever increasing, care needs ranging from basic companionship to high needs medical care. They have a great communication system in place that offers a fantastic partnership with the care team and family. Knowing they are with our family members gives us peace of mind. We are so appreciative and thankful to them all!

Silver Pacific has been such a positive experience for us. Our caregiver engages my husband in a variety of activities our other caregiver didn’t. Puzzling, Coloring, karaoke with UTube. Out door and indoor walks and friendly conversations. She’s very good at finding new things to keep him engaged. She reviews her time with him with me. A status report is sent with a review of the day by Sharon, a very smart, unique attention to detail. I am so pleased.

In the midst of a family emergency, other care agencies said it would take weeks to go through the process - Sharon (owner) did our intake almost immediately. We had a team of 24/7 caregivers, though they can staff in any way that works for you. Our caregivers were exceptionally compassionate and took such good care of every one in the family. They were right with us in the midst of challenges and loss. The flexibility, the responsiveness - I didn't encounter any other companies in this industry that could ensure such attention.

The care my parents have been getting is Great!! They are polite, on time and very friendly. My dad, who wasn’t really happy about having people in his home is even enjoying the people. I would highly recommend Sliver Pacific.

I have been more than satisfied with the care my loved one received by caregiver Michele. She was empathetic, caring, kind and knowledgeable in all areas of care. She was unobtrusive and knew how to make him comfortable and accepting of the care he required and was able to help us understand what was happening as his disease progressed. I want everyone to know that we had a wonderful experience with Silver Pacific Home Care. We were lucky to have 4 loving care givers for our 94 year old mother in Seattle. They gave her wonderful care and were very alert to any changes and corresponded with us daily. Our mother loved them like family and they brought out the best in her and we saw and felt their love for her. I highly recommend them. They were a gift to us.
