My wife and I had come to the conclusion that home health care would be a good solution for our needs. I am in hospice in the end stage of my battle with ALS. Over the past several months we have had the wonderful services of Suzette! Very professional and easy to get to know and became very comfortable with. Suzette had the responsibility to get me up in the morning and get me ready for the day. Washing, brushed teeth, toileting, dressing, and feeding. Also, took great care with cooking and cleaning some of the areas needed. Suzette was always on time and was a joy get to know and talk with. We would not hesitate to rehire in the future as the need arrizes.

The Home Care Company stepped in so quickly — on New Year’s Day — to help provide extra care for my mother after she injured herself at her memory care facility. The company provided excellent 24-hour care for my mom for several months. Every caregiver was dependable, kind, and loving. In particular: Rose, Margaret, and Nancy were instrumental in nursing my mother back to health. The staff at my mother’s facility frequently praised the Home Care Company’s caregivers. “They really care!” “They show up on time and really focus on Mom.” I was so pleased with Home Care Company’s service. Their care manager would always immediately respond to my texts and calls. Both my mom and I were really supported and cared for. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.

This was hospice care for my husband. The CNAs were knowledgeable about his ostomy, thickening food so he would not choke, repositioning him regularly when he did not object. They were caring and empathetic. The office was available to me easily if I wanted to change any aspect of care. They also treated the payment side of things with taste and good timing.

it has been a satisfying expe working with the Home Care company. soon after the phone conversation by our family membe with the representative of the company, the director and the care manager scheduled an in person meeting with us introducing the care giver to us at the same meeting'. For the past several months we find the care giver very helpful; she is professional, efficient and trustworthy ! We highly recommend Hlme Care Company!

When my father was very ill and needed in-home care, we searched for a quality and responsive provider. Our case manager at the hospital suggested we try The Home Care Company. From my first call with Andrea, and ongoing care from excellent caregivers like Kari and June Ruth, we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Andrea, and her team, couldn't have been more responsive to our needs as they changed. The caregivers were kind, helpful, and provided such great care that our visiting nurses from Kaiser all commented to us what great caregivers we have--that the care my father was receiving was really compassionate and high-quality. I recommend them totally.

I'm new to hospice and palliative care experience, so finding providers that would provide quality care and avoiding the games some play with bait-and-switch on rates was top of mind. I was impressed during my conversation Andrea, as she not only answered all my questions, but provided additional information for consideration with our decision. I was further impressed when we set up services, with Andrea meeting us to help with home hospice setup and then pivoting to meet our needs as we navigated hospice. The team was amazingly supportive, empathetic, and kind as they aided with us caring for our loved one in her final days. Andrea went out of her way to help accommodate our adjusting needs and her team enabled us to properly care for and support our loved one in their final days. I highly recommend the Home Care Company to anyone who is looking for care services for hospice and palliative care.

I recently had surgery and my plans for care after leaving the hospital had fallen through. I contacted the Home Care Company and ended up talking to Andrea. And even though I was quite uncertain exactly what I needed, Andrea was very reassuring and helpful. She arranged to have Lydia, the caregiver, and herself to meet me at my home the day I came home from the hospital. She explained everything really well and was very organized about the contract part. Lydia was with me for 8 days ad was just great. She was caring and organized. She gave me a shower daily and tracked my blood pressure and temperature. She also washed clothes and towels for me, took me to an appointment to get labs taken, and did grocery shopping. Lydia was very easy to get along with and very kind. If I am every in a position to need a home health aide again, I would love to have her back. My experience with Home Care Company was really positive and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I can't say enough positive things about The Home Care Company. We were faced with very quickly needing to find 24/7 in-home care for my grandmother, which was scary and overwhelming. The Home Care Company was recommended to me by our hospice care team, and I was immediately impressed with how quickly they responded and how compassionate and knowledgeable they were. Angelique, our care manager, was incredible. She was quick to respond and offer suggestions/solutions when needed. Her calm presence was invaluable. And Emily, our caregiver, was an absolute angel. She was just a genuinely kind and caring person, and I knew instantly that my grandma was in good, loving hands. I'm not sure how I would have gotten through this without The Home Care Company. The case manager Angelique was AMAZING. Answered my calls day and night. Made sure there was never a lapse in care for even one minute! And the nurses they sent were also amazing. Especially Jane. She took amazing care of my mother despite my mother not wanting to accept the care she really needed. They were great at contacting me to find creative ways to help my mom. They never took things my mother said or did personally. They took so much pressure off of me. I am so thankful for these folks going above an beyond every day.

My personal experience with this company was horrid. When I was ready to leave skilled nursing to come home, they presented themselves as client oriented. Wrong! They were inflexible on hours, sent a person who was a walking disaster. She did not drive and seemed more concerned about her Uber and getting the hours in. After she broke a lamp, I finally said something to her "boss" and showed the boss the lamp. The "boss" said that since I didnt witness it, that I couldnt prove it. So a friend took the lamp to get it repaired at my expense. By the time that happened, I was at the point that I would get anxiety before this person came. The "boss" refused all the way along to get somebody else here to do the shifts and refused to cut days or hours. This is NOT client oriented. I was thrilled when Home Instead finally got an opening. They are nice to deal with, accommodating of my needs and far superior in flexibility and required number of hours. Bottom line is that if you are looking for home health care and come across this company, be sure to look into other companies also. Most draw from the same worker pool, so the overall experience is determined by the management of the company.
