Dr. Duong is OUTSTANDING and a true professional!! He is respectful, a strong listener, an effective teacher, and a most compassionate physician. He seemed to want to hear all that I had to share and was fearing. I never once felt rushed even though he gave me a long appointment and exam. He included my husband in all the directions and potential treatments. I am very thankful that my great physician, Dr. Craig McGoran referred me to Dr. Duong. THANK YOU to all!!

Dr. Duong has been my ENT for 4 years and 4 surgeries. He’s professional, warm and has always been a good communicator with options and steps we’ll take for my challenges. As well, his support team (Hamdi) is the very best!

I was so pleased with how attentive Dr. Duong was. He really listened, asked follow-up questions, took notes on what I said, and gave me clear next steps for treatment. Highly recommend him as a care provider. Additionally, the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional and the office was lovely.

Dr. Duong is probably the best doctor we have ever had in any field. He is a brilliant man and very meticulous which makes for a good surgeon. His bed-side manner is very caring. He wants to make sure you understand what needs to be done and answers all questions in an easy to understand way. We have never felt rushed and never have to wait more than a few minutes. All the staff in his office are great and are very efficient.

Dr. Trac was very patient, good listener, explained things very clearly, told us his plan if action, and made sure we get CT scan done before his vacation so he can call us with results and plan of action

Dr Duong was efficient. Kind and informative. He was reassuring re procedure to look at my throat. I would recommend him. He speaks quickly so if you need a slower pace I would request this of him. He would respond well to this I imagine. My only negative is his quick speech made him appear hurried. I would recommend he take more time in general, especially gathering history. Overall experience was good
