Uw Medicine Eastside Specialty Center Bellevue Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Got my colonoscopy done here early December. Surprised at how pleasant it went from the time I stepped inside this facility to when I left. Dr. Gardner and her team were amazingly delightful to deal with. 5 star all around experience!

My review about UW Medicine is not good, the only thing good to come out of all the hardship the Seattle location had done for me was get me in touch with the OT for my hand (it kind of worked) Jennifer was amazing and I generally hate PT/OT and avoid it at all cost but l actually made all but 1 of my appointments because I had a bad migraine. She genuinely cares and is truly amazing at her job. My surgeon I have currently reviewing my hand repairs has even agreed to allow me to continue to use her even though they do not work within the same company, that's how good she is!

I have had several procedures at this facility over the last 5 years or so. I have had nothing but the best care. The entire facility from staff to doctors have been nothing but professional, extremely competent, and caring. 5 stars all around!

Over the years I have only had good experiences at this UW location, and this review today is because I am amazed at the level of care I’m receiving from one of your new dermatology specialists, named Dr. Kim. In minutes she rewrote my own narrative from years of negative dermatological experience. I didn’t know such caring doctors existed. She is able to go straight to the facts and still maintain sincere kindness and respect for me. You have an incredible doctor there. This community is so lucky. Thank you!

I have been trying to get a new PCP, the nurse told me “not to bring to much up because I would overwhelm the doctor.” I understand they may have a lot going on but I’m here to establish care and I’ve never been told that by any doctor. This was after waiting almost 1.5 hrs to be seen.

This review is for Nicole Khouw not about the UW medicine faculty itself but her solely. I was seen by her for a radiology appointment and was so put off by her behavior. It was very erratic as if she was high on something, very agitated, made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable! I couldn't hear her as she was mumbling procedures so I had nicely and respectfully told her to I couldn't hear. She proceeded to yell "maybe you need some hearing aids and should I write out on paper flash cards so you can understand, if not you can go somewhere else". She is very rude and I would not suggest her as your technician ever. Most horrible experience I have ever had at any doctors or specialist office. She needs to pick a different profession if she has zero patience! If I could rate this it would be a zero if not a negative. Sad to say I love UW medicine and have been a patient here for years but I feel contrary now.

To ensure accurate information for pts, especially regarding closures for major holidays, it is crucial to update these details promptly. Failure to do so leads to inconveniences, including unnecessary travel and wasted time, particularly when I'm seeking lab services or prescription pickups/ there's already inconsistencies with the pharmacy, not reminding or notifying pts that a prescription is ready. Regularly updating the availability hours is essential for effective communication and patient satisfaction. It's the little things!

Corey lacks empathy. The attitude is one of zero customer service.

Not interested in helping and they seem to have no experience with scheduling.
