UPDATED REVIEW (with a photo of billing): I feel like I have to add this because finances are such an important aspect of medical care for families: I love the providers at VM, but the billing is so awful I can't justify coming here for anything except basic office visits. They grossly overcharge at this facility. In the past 6 months, I have gotten 4 bills for a single imaging procedure (see the photo). After seeing my husband's bills at a different office, I felt like what I was being charged was high. So I called around, and learned that after these 4 bills, it would have been $29.91 cheaper to pay FULLY IN CASH at another nearby clinic and not even use my insurance. To put things further into perspective, while I got 4 bills and paid about $230 co-insurance, my husband (on the exact same insurance) went to a different facility, had similar imaging done, and it was only billed once for about $50. I wish I could say that this was a unique experience, but after going here for a few years using different insurances, I can confirm: expect 2-5 bills for image/procedure/lab work visits. They slowly creep up the costs one bill at a time. If it was 1 time, I'd get over it because I love the providers so much. But over the past few years this has happened multiple times. Last summer, I had enough. I said if it happened 1 more time I couldn't justify continuing with Virginia Mason. Low and behold, it happened again. It's February of 2026 and I'm still getting new bills for the single imaging session I had done late last summer (see the photo of the bill I just got today!). My husband is getting the same services elsewhere with far far far less in copays (and only 1 bill). I've been gritting my teeth because I love my providers so much, but I just can't stomach it anymore. From now on I'll see my provider for office visits, pay the flat copay, but for anything else, I'll get it done elsewhere. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I always see Krista for my appointments, and she is SO WONDERFUL about listening to my needs and health concerns. She's great about helping me find the right prescriptions and she never makes me feel rushed. If you have a more complicated health history or are the type to ask questions about your health (I always have questions, lol), she's a great advocate to have on your team.
Dr. Kaur office/procedure: pathetic, 0 accountability, 0 patient care conscience. Stay away from the practice. You should be embarrassed to be in medical care.
Staff was professional and efficient. and very very kind. Directions were clear. The patient waiting area is well appointed with plenty of comfortable chairs.
They deserve the 2.9 stars, even lower. They’ve cancelled my appointment, rescheduled it for a later date and didn’t even bother to inform me. More than that, they had the audacity to claim that they did leave a voicemail… I am disappointed ! If I wouldn’t showed up to my appointment without letting them know, they would have taxed me a fee…
I have gone to the Procedure clinic at Bellevue VMFH for several years. The staff in the Procedure area are outstanding. I see Dr Lee and she is a fantastic clinician. Dr Lee and the nursing staff are knowledgeable, caring and provide good patient care. I always feel safe and well cared for during my Procedure.
This location is so much easier to get to compared to their Seattle campus. And there are plenty of parking spaces available for free. PCC and Target are in the same building and there is also Trader Joe's next block. When I come here for a hospital visit, I also get my groceries and shopping done. This location does not have ER and most of the specialists are located at their First Hill Seattle campus. I got my CT scan done here and there is a lab as well for blood work. P.S. Dr. Mack is awesome for primary care/internal medicine. Caring, timely, and thorough.
I would like to Send my Sincere Gratitudes to a Lovely woman named Alondra I believe i spelled this correct ?.. my Apologies if im incorrect. In the front Desk She took the Time out of her day to help my Crisis, from 9 am to 2 pm she kindly Let me Express my Symptoms and worries with No Judgment. She Communicated with the Staff and medical department to Solve my problem. She Guided and Answered my worries. I Sincerely appreciate her kindness. And skill at multitasking. I send Appreciation to the Clinic. Thank you.
Soprinna at the front desk is so mean and so rude. Everyone else was really nice and super helpful
I used to love Virginia mason at Seattle when doctors were really capable of identifying issues, and resolving it. Now, it seems like a subscription business we will not resolve your issue from the root cause instead keep coming to us so that we can charge as much as we want. I would not recommend anybody to go at this hospital for any reason.
They're my primary provider for 6 years. I am giving 1 star because it is not possible to give any lower. a) Receptionist was rude and frustrated when working on simple task of booking appointment. b) I explain a serious concern and she casually schedules me 3 months in future, showing no empathy or urgency. c) I have to push back and explain seriousness of my condition so that she gives me an earlier slot with ANY doctor. d) At this point she is more annoyed. When she finally gives appointment she tells me I get no text or email - just you're booked. If this is how unwelcoming the first person you interact with is, it raises serious concerns about toxicity of the culture and standards of the practice. Find another provider!!!!! I will do the same.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
