Failed Sacroiliac joint steroid/anesthetic injection, unable enter the joint after two tries. Very painful procedure without informing me when entering needle numerous times. Used fluoroscopy, increasing radiation exposure over long procedure and I left with more pain than when I entered. Appeared to be a novice. Last year, I had a successful SI joint injection elsewhere with one informed try under ultrasound and left improved in a few minutes.
