List of Willamette Dental Group - Bellevue's Reviews
We have been clients for years and have been pleased with the service we receive from the staff in Bellevue. However, scheduling appointments is impossible. Every time I call they don't have any availability and tell me to call back. In the last couple of years my family and I have not been able to maintain the recommended cleaning schedule because they never have availability. As a side note, not offering online appointment setting in this day and age is asinine.
Fire your front desk girl. She is unprofessional and very rude. And the dentist is a joke. Seriously, my daughter had to have 2 root canals....one wasn't finished because the dentist told her she only had 30 min! Why is that acceptable?? Why is she feeling pain in her other tooth that was a root canal?? There shouldn't be any nerves in it. Then proceeds to tell her the other root canal won't get done until she gets a deep cleaning??? She's in pain and was mocked and embarrassed at the counter by the receptionist. Worst experience for a kid who already has anxiety at the dentist. Absolutely infuriated with this location!!
the person who the main scheduling line transferred me to at this location was extremely rude. It was clear she thoroughly enjoyed telling me I would have to wait 3 months for my appointment. did not even let me explain purpose for visit
I had a chaotic experience at my routine cleaning. To preface this: I have pretty intense anxiety around going to the dentist, and was already on edge. I had my x rays taken by one tech, who was nice. We walked through a disheveled hallway full of boxes with papers spilling out, and as we round the corner I'm nearly taken out by a dental assistant who was not paying attention to where he was going. When I sit down in the chair, the same tech who did my X-ray took my blood pressure (Why it's a routine practice to take bp for a routine cleaning, I'm not sure). The cuff was dead so he grabbed another, and when he took my pressure he said "hold on this one is broken, that can't be right." To be fair my BP was 197/149 which is extremely high, so he grabbed yet another cuff and took it again with the same result. At this point I was having a full on panic attack and his nervous energy was not helping. The tech leaves and two more people take his place. One of them (a woman hygienist) takes my bp with an arm cuff and the other (the guy who bumped into me earlier) bombards me with a mixture of small talk and questions about my medical history. I tell them I'm extremely anxious, and when the cuff beeps the woman says "okay so this means you are in what we call a crisis mode, uhhh... wait here while I get the dentist..." and leaves the room. The other guy was noticeably at a loss of what to do, although he tried to calm me down while taking my blood pressure at least three more times. The dentist then came and informed me that I must go to the ER an they cannot carry out my cleaning (I'm crying and trying to just breathe at this point) and although she informed me she wasn't concerned that I was going to "stroke out or anything" she advised I have someone come and get me and I not drive myself home. I waited in the car for my boyfriend to get me while all the lights shut off inside and the rest of the employees left and drove out. Overall the situation was handled sloppily and I felt as though my care was in amateur hands. The fact that they had to test my blood pressure almost 10 times to be sure they'd done it right was ridiculous, and there was obviously no protocol in place for an anxious patient presenting with high blood pressure.
Honest, smart, and caring people <3
Waiting time for doctors and doctors time with patients are very little
Gental, caring and by far the best dental experience I've had.
Until recently, our family's experience had been positive. But trying to schedule a cleaning for one of our children has been absurd. They refuse to schedule a cleaning more than a month out at our local office - make no indication of when scheduling will open up. We will be looking for alternatives with a group that can be more professional.
Great experience so far!
Great group of administrative staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dentist that provided me with excellent care during my routine prophylactic cleaning and examination visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
