My appointment was for arthritis in my thumb. He explained the procedure well and answered all my questions concerning any side effects I might experience. While the shot was painful it wasn’t too bad. He is skilled at finding the right spot for the injection. My husband first saw Dr. Dahl for a cortisone shot in his hand. My husband just loves Dr Dahl. Likes his personality and is a straight forward doctor. Fast forward...to me...... I sliced my finger making a dresser.....Peacehealth walk in, droped the ball said finger was good and stiched it... I should had gotten an MRI right away....well .... I went to ER for finger on day 16 it wasn't better...Saw Dr Dahl with in days of my ER visit. Dr. Maxwell got me in for MRI day after ER. Finger will now be splinted and see how it goes for next 4 weeks. Dr Dahl was straight forward and trust worthy he took away my anxiety.

Rude doctor, no lidocaine for cortisone shots in fingers, seemed to enjoy my pain, this was two years ago. Never went back. Worst hand doctor ever!
