Kelly Hoffmann Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kelly Hoffman has been my doctor for over 15 years. She is absolutely magnificent. Dr. Hoffman and her entire staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They always get me right away if I need to be seen and the wait time in the lobby is usually only 5 minutes. Her staff is always on top of faxing prescriptions and referrals in and their on duty nurse is always available and returns calls in a very timely manner. If Dr. Kelly Hoffman is not available, she always has other Doctors on staff that will see me. Her husband, Mark Hoffman is also a Doctor in the same office and he too is magnificent.(he is my husband’s Doctor and my husband is 100% happy with him). In closing, I would also like to mention that Dr. Kelly Hoffman is very supportive. She not only takes the time to explain everything to me in detail, she develops programs for me to help me keep a steady weight, manageable cholesterol levels, blood pressure, etc….She is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her.

In my opinion, doctors don't come any better than her. She is a great listener and truly cares! I have recommended her to others and they are thrilled with her. She has been my primary doctor for many years!

Counter to other reviews, I found Dr. Hoffman to be intelligent and open minded to discuss treatment options. I don't think she is a knee jerk Dr. that is quick to prescribe medication. She is willing to try to correct problems naturally as well as using med's. She was easy to talk to and gave me lots of time and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoffman.

My familiy and I have gone to Dr. Hoffman for the past 5 years and have had a wonderful experience! She runs the practice with her husband so it is easy to get in right away if you don't mind seeing her other sometimes. She has same day appointments available every day and really takes the time to address all of your concerns. I also work in healthcare and have seen the good bad and ugly for family practitioners; without reservation I would recommend Dr. Hoffman to you and your family!

I was looking for a female primary so that I could get my gyno and general needs met with one doc. The first time I saw her, she performed the roughest pelvic exam I've ever had. She did not tell me what she was going to do before she did it and when I left I experienced pain and spotting. I gave her another chance. The second time, I did not experience pain and spotting and she was a bit more gentle, but just as non-communicative and lacking in bedside manner. She also was very dismissive when I complained of worsening menstrual cramps and irregularity. She was punctual and not unpleasant, just not warm and friendly, characteristics I appreciate in a provider.I don't think she's a bad doctor, I just want to provide feedback in hopes that she can soften up a bit and work on bedside manner. I have not switched primaries, but I will not be going back to see her.
