Dr. Pannu is the epitome of what a great doctor should be. Knowledgeable, thorough and professional, but also listens to my concerns and works with me to address them.

I have been a patient over 18 years with dr Pannu he's not the greatest if doctors but he has serve me with help . But as always his staff SUCKS ! only one woman who has been with him for along time is worth her salt. With that said in the past 5 or more months this office has gone through the worst change ever. They have connected up with Camerena center. Which in itself may be a great place but the people that work at Dr Pannu's office are just a waste of skin. I can't call the doctors office directly any longer as it goes straight to Camarena Center even at the doctors phone number here currently head. But I had a paperwork issue that should've been resolved today I had to make appointment just to have paperwork done. I get that the doctor has a higher education and needs to be paid for his efforts. But to tell you this when he says I finished my part and ask one of the girls to finish the rest of the paperwork it was done and complete.So I returned one day you'll have it done and I said doctors with a patient and we don't do that make your own cover letter. Well the application I was having filled out required a doctor signature on cover paper so I couldn't make my own.So again today I return in order to get the girls to finish their part and keep the paperwork until the doctor to come in and sign it like required. Yet they didn't wanna take responsibility for losing my paperwork. So now I'll return again tomorrow request this again and they're going to say in an appointment not entirely true I had an appointment for this and they failed to finish the job. One woman behind the desk is like a bossy one-off to say and we don't take care of that we don't do that. So I told her per the doctors orders to one woman was to finish my paperwork. I liken it to stopping the bleeding but not putting in stitches where needed. I thought if you payed for a service you get what you payed for. My vote is if you can get another doctor save yourself an do it DONT USE THIS OFFICE!!! worst in town.. hope this helps others. Also pray Pannu sees what is happening!!!

Despite his heavy patient load dictated by Peace Health's physician/patient ratio, Dr. Pannu has never dropped the ball with any aspect of my care. In fact, I have often been surprised by an after-hours call by him personally (like almost 9pm?) to follow-up on an issue. It reminds me of our family doc when I was a kid and my mum's relief! Oh, and his staff is terrific, always good to get a chuckle when you visit your doc.

Dr. Pannu is a wonderful doctor. He is sincere, engaged with my needs, and very thorough. I highly recommend him!

Horrible incompetent doctor! I would give him zero stars if I could. Called for a refill for my mothers meds. She is bed bound and cannot walk but he still insisted on an office visit to get refills. After much struggle to get her there, he let her sit in her wheelchair for over an hour when he knows she cannot hold herself up. Finally saw him, gave him meds she needed and 2 months later she STILL does not have her meds!!! After many many calls he is now insisting I take her in again for another office visit for the same meds! This dr. Does not care about his patients! In the middle of dealing with this issue, he moved his practice, disconnected his number and left no forwarding number. I had to call insurance company to get his new number! DO NOT see this awful, uncaring, incompetent jerk!!!

Worst experience ever! Staff was super rude and I feel like the Dr. didn't listen to me at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This doctor needs to learn how to treat patients first. I was always angry leaving his office and I even walkout and refused to followed up.

Very kind and compassionate doctor.

I have known this Dr. for twenty years and have had not a single complaint. Yes we can say that the wait time can be long but then again we dont see the fact that unlike other doctors he doesnt push away patients that are walk in's. obviously when you are walking in you are not there just to say hi to the dr. and have a nice conversation with him, you are there because of an health issue. For him to be seeing as many patients as he can in one day is his moral duty because he is there to serve the community.

Doesn't wash hands when touching patients and never wears gloves when touches patients.
