List of Roger E. Sharf's Reviews
Not many physicians like Dr Sharf. Happy I found him.
I've been a patient of Roger's for 34 years; just that fact says it all. The only thing negative I have to say is that he is so busy I have to wait too long to get an appointment to see him. So please, go find your own doctor and leave mine alone.
I really like having Dr Sharf as my primary physician. He is so personable, and never acts like he is in a rush. He really desires to know who his patients are. He is intelligent, easy to open up to, and always listens and helps you come up with a remedy for the issue. Very impressed with his ability to connect with his patients. Highly recommend.
Great doctor!
Have had several visits with Dr Sharf over the past 2 years. He is a very capable ,agreeable and communicative physician . The clinic he is associated is however mediocre.Support staff uncaring and the physical appearance of the clinic is depressing.
I have always found Dr. Sharf to be very professional in conversation and in action. He very personable, puts me at ease in each delicate/sensitive medical conversation, very forthright which I appreciate. He listens, something not all do these days. I'm very grateful to have him as my primary physician.
Dr. Sharf has been my husband's doctor for over 20 years. He has always been caring, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. My husband was diagnosed with age related conditions which has included very limited to zero mobility. The Telemed appointments we had didn't allow Dr. Sharf to get a true picture of my husband's health, so he made an actual house visit! We were most humbly appreciative since this saved the wear and tear on my husband that would have resulted from an office visit. We are so thankful for, and I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Sharf's ability and willingness to try different approaches for the best care.
Roger Sharf is a great Doctor (cured my ailments) and a good friend, I've known for many years. He will fix you up in no time.
Dr Sharf was very thorough when I had pneumonia, two trips to the hospital and they couldn’t clear it up, he gave me the right medications, his staff was very caring to my needs, he put me back on the road to recovery. I have moved further away and will continue to keep him as my doctor.
He was the worst doctor that I've had in my 68+ years of life.My experience with Dr. Sharf was very similar to two other patients who left reviews. As another reviewer had described, I too am embarrassed that I had stayed with him for so long (for me, five years). I left him three years ago and would have left this review at that time had I known about Healthgrades. He has terrible chair-side manners. For example, during my last check up, he was upset when I told him that I was taking an iron supplement, which my naturopath had recommended, and angrily interrogated me (like a previous reviewer described) about the basis for the recommendation and gave me 10 seconds to explain before cutting me off. (After I got my blood test results, he admitted that the naturopath was right.) That is one example, but every appointment I had with him was stressful in some way due to his interactive style.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
