Honestly I didn’t have an issue with this place until recently. If you have any medical concerns and your info is not up to date or haven’t been seen by them in two year or more they will not see you. They do not care if your concern about your health. I got scheduled until March for a resignation check up when I need to be seen asap. It’s ridiculous! When it comes to health problems there should not be policy like this. And don’t get me started on the receptionist. She in no way was comprehensive that I have health issues all she did was give me other places to call if I needed to be seen asap.

I've been going here for five years, both on medicaid and when I had insurance through work I still kept them as my PCP because my PCP is that good. Yes the phone wait can sometimes be long, yes they sometimes make errors. But people complaining need to realize this is community mental health, these workers are heros. They get paid the least in the field to do the most for the hardest clients. Cut them some slack, lead with manners and assuming the best and you will see your experience through a different lens. Dr. Boustead is really the best PCP I have ever had, Dr. Schoultz is great too.

Literally the worst managed office. Without fail every single time I need something faxed it doesn't happen. I give them 1 star for their dr and nurses being good. But dealing with the office is so stressful it's literally not worth it. I've had issues with them for years.

Called on Friday to ask several questions about Covid vaccines, and how busy they were on Saturday which the receptionist replied, not busy on a Saturday. Drive several hours including cross border only to be told, we don’t do Covid vaccines on Saturdays. No apologies, didn’t even want to bother checking if any other Sea Mar locations offered them on Saturday despite there being only one patient and two receptionists.

SeaMar Bellingham really need to learn how to pick up Phone. Not a first time trying to call them for over an hour and nothing... then stopped by for over at front desk and there no one in line and employees having fun.

Trying to get prescriptions refilled is an absolute nightmare. Staff was extremely disrespectful and I had to make several trips to the office just to get a single refill.

Brought my son in for routine infant care appointment. They checked me in, made me wait, and after 40 minutes called me up to the desk (by yelling at me) that the doctor wasn't there that day and they didn't get ahold of me to reschedule. They said the nurse could still see me for my son's vaccinations, so they had me sit down, and after another 40 minutes they called me up to the desk again (also by yelling at me) to tell me that he needed to be seen by a doctor before he could receive his vaccinations. They tried to book me a new appointment and it was another 5 weeks out before he could be seen. Consistently seem to cancel appointments and then not follow through to reach a patient when changes are made to the schedule

If you want to be treated like garbage by the a-holes working the front desk, this is the place to be!! Want to get your appointment rescheduled because your original time didn't work for the clinic? Want to deal with jerks at the front desk? Want to be overcharged? Want to feel seen by someone doing the bare minimum? They win the award for having zero skill in customer service. Congrats Sea Mar!
