List of The Everett Clinic's Reviews
I had to travel to Canada and went to this testing unit, after 72 hours we didn't get our results the site had said we would get our results in 24 hours. We ended up having go back home and lost a lot of money in hotel bookings. If you need to get tested for Covid, don't do it here.
After having an hearing test appointment with the Everett Clinic Hearing Center cancelled and rescheduled at least 3 times over the past few months (previous cancellations due to a fire) I finally was able to have an appointment today 7/13/2021. Unfortunately it was in vain. The technician at the Hearing Aid Center told me that the hearing test was no good because ear wax in my ears affected the low frequency results of the hearing test. She recommended that I get the wax removed and reschedule the appointment for the hearing test. My frustration with the Everett Clinic Hearing Center is beyond the boiling point. If ear wax can be a factor in the hearing test results wouldn't it make sense to inform the patient and of this and recommend that ears be free of ear wax before a hearing test? After all the time expired and appointment after appointment cancelled couldn't the Hearing Aid Center make this recommendation to patients to come to their appointment free of ear wax or obstructions? ahead of a hearing test appointment? This has been a total waste of my time. I was also told by the technician that they only deal with "Harmony Hearing" for hearing aids and accessories because the Everett Clinic Billing doesn't have an I.R.S. "w-9" form on record with any other vendor. My wife is a TAX Accountant Professional. She has informed me that an I.R.S. "W-9" is a simple form to fill out and submit. In my experience Harmony Hearing is no longer a reliable source for Hearing Aid or their accessories and the technician admitted that this is the case. So, why are patients stuck with a non-performing vendor? The Everett Clinic is aware that last year Harmony Hearing took months to obtain authorization for ear molds and provided erroneous billing process information throughout. The Everett Clinic used to be professionally operated and customer service oriented. It is no longer! This is more continuation of ineptness and poor customer service
Scheduled appointment for a physical, they got my time wrong. Scheduled another appointment as a make-up. I arrive, go through initial screening to be told that the "doctor" forgot she worked that day and was late, and had another patient to see before me. I could wait over an hour! Lucky me. Avoid!
Avoid at all cost.I came in for a yearly checkup and asked the doctor some questions about my health and they turned my checkup into a office visit that insurance does not cover.I asked how to avoid this in the future and the answer is to not ask questions about your health.
Can anyone tell me how you do a virtual pap or the fact as a single mom I can only bring one child in at a time everett clinic is not supportive of single parent households this is bs I wasted all my time finding the right doctor then to be told I can take kids in and see our doctor but that I would have to then reschedule for a virtual visit and the clinic still charges my insurance the same ..... why don't they have a place to post
This clinic is deceptive, and first and foremost out for your money. A recent "Wellness checkup" I scheduled netted nothing more than a non MD person checking my B.P., the only physical contact, and a very brief general health question and answer session with the Dr. They asked the questions, I answered, nothing more. The bill arrived, with the "Wellness checkup" fee, plus additional multi hundred dollar charges for mere mention of a genetic family history of arthritis, that extends back more than 70 years, and mention of a shoulder I injured decades ago that reminds me daily of deeds done in youth can haunt in maturity. No treatment asked for, or recieved, but a dishonest business took advantage. Not isolated, my wife went in for an eye exam. She has been blind in one eye, untreatable, malformed at birth. Even the Mayo Clinic (30 miles from her home town) tried and failed.Everyone, including her, is aware of this issue, it is obvious. Of course the bill inferred they had miraculously "discovered" this anomaly during the regular eye exam.Lucky us! Again, hundreds were added to the bill for nothing. The billing department states "you agree, in writing on entry, to pay all charges billed you for the visit."Stay away, book a cruise with money saved. I wish I had.
$300 for a video conference. why????
This is a billing issue rather than service. Everett Clinic needs to work with our local Community College for college related injuries/emergencies. They also need to NOT work with Armada collections that have applied an absolute massive amount of interest on something that my son should never have been responsible in the first place.Your service and care is great - the low score is due to the other big issue for the rest of us- cost. No one should get financially wrecked before they can even apply for a credit card. This is insult to injury!!
I was there for ear infection. I recommend not to go this place unless you are fully insured. This place keep sending you a bill after the fact. There is not way you can stop them since the price is not told you up front. It doesn't make sense for 10 minute visit they ask you to pay your monthly salary.
Decent ambulatory outpatient clinics, however, the billing dept is not good contacting you before immediately sending information to a shady collections agency called "Armada". When this Armada agency receives your billing information they chop it up to small amounts, that makes it appear onto your credit report like you visited The Everett Clinic facility multiple times for small amounts owed. I went to The Everett Clinic urgent care and this Armada company showed onto my credit report with 7 separate reports which show to potential creditors like I refused to pay over 7 times. this is show shady and it's so sad that companies take advantage of customers that doesn't know their legal rights.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
