Been ignored for 5 months for asthma prescription refills for both myself and my son.

Dr Anderson hides behind an unhelpful, selfish, uncaring and dishonest nursing staff. He billed my insurance nearly $500.00 for an exam and would only order one MRI when I needed two for two isolated problems. When I contacted his office, his nurse told me he had ordered the MRI's I requested but that my insurance wouldn't pay for both of them. When I contacted my insurance, they told me my policy does cover both MRI's and I found that his staff had lied about ordering both of my MRI's, as he had only ordered one for one spot. In the meantime my mother died suddenly and unexpectedly and I had to cancel my MRI appointment last Dec, then I contracted COVID and the order expired. My insurance told me he must reorder the MRI, but he refuses and his staff told me they no longer want to work with me. Now I have to pay for another doctor visit somewhere else and start all over for the same problem.

Dr Anderson was very thorough and understanding. He took the time to really teach my daughter about her condition. I so appreciate his kind demeanor and his expertise and experience is very evident.
