List of Multicare Bonney Lake Emergency's Reviews
They have the most caring staff at this location. I went here for an emergency, and everyone was very compassionate, qualified, and helpful. Thanks, MultiCare!
Dr Attaway was eratic and unprofessional. He made threats and made me feel very uncomfortable. It was a traumatic experience.

Dr. Cody is the best doctor I’ve met at an ER. She is to the point, compassionate and it’s obvious she cares about her patients.I’ve had so many bad experiences at hospitals, Dr. Cody and her team are a breath of fresh air. Also, Hannah thank you for being so sweet and helpful. This is my first ER experience where I don’t have anything negative to say.
Unfortunately, this is the closest ER to me and I’ve had a few visits. None have ever gone the way you’d think a visit to an ER would go.Today, it’s been five hours and they haven’t even tried to stop the blood coming out of my face. Two and a half hours ago, the nurse asked if I had a good idea as to what was going on. When I said ‘no’, she said ‘well, I don’t either’. Then, she walked out and I haven’t seen another nurse or doctor since.Neither places I was ‘recommended’ to are able to see me based off the information provided by the emergency department. This place is a absolute joke.Off to another ER for proper care…
I've unfortunately had several visits to this ER and every time was amazing! All staff were fast and friendly. I almost never had to wait to be triaged or taken back to a room. It's nothing like going to Good Sam. Hospital and waiting forever to be triaged and then 3-5 hrs later you get taken back into a chair in the hallway with folding partitions inbetween each patient lining the hallways because they don't have enough rooms for all the patients they're having. So if I'm having an emergency that I know I don't have to be admitted to stay in the hospital over night, I will go to the Bonney Lake Multicare Emergency room everytime!
Amazing from the time we walked in. The receptionist to the nurse to the Doctor. Facility is clean. I want to say Thank to all for their time and knowledge. Keep doing what you all are doing.
Went in for severe leg pain last night. They did an ultrasound to see if I had a blood clot. None was found, so Dr. Capocaccia said she didn't know why I was in pain and discharged me. Isn't it the doctor's job to figure out what the problem is? I am in even more pain today and out $150. I will never go to this place again under any circumstances.
I understand it's an er..but going to be billed separately from a doctor I saw all of 5 min who once overed me and order my x-ray..after that never saw him. Nurse put me in a boot and gave me crutches and sent me on my marry way. I didn't even find out from anyone till I got to my car and read my paperwork that I broke my ankle. If at all possible I would advise going elsewhere if possible.
I came in on a Sunday with extreme pelvic pain, and got in 10 minutes after I got there, (football must have been on). My doctor was practically waiting in my room. She showed actual concern and empathy for me, and seemed like she genuinely cared about my wellbeing even though my medicine kicked in. She examined me and did a thorough work up. I had a CT scan and she wasn't too satisfied with it since my pain is somewhat chronic, and then ordered a right abdominal ultrasound. Everything was ok besides a few little things, but she said to follow up with my Primary Doctor and follow up with GI for further testing to get it figured out sooner than later. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Martha (Marty) Cody! Best Physician I have seen in an ER. She even wanted to help make sure I stayed comfortable at home and gave me a nausea prescription. She saw my daughter once too for a sprain and was amazing with her. Staff was also thorough and friendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
