Providers and staff are unable to communicate effectively. If you can, go anywhere else.
My son has been seeing Perry Loiselle at Dr Devney's office, for the past year, year and a half. Over this course of time my child received a diagnosis from Perry, and ongoing treatment for his condition and medication management. My partner and I have been concerned about the quality of Perry's care, specifically the seeming lack of knowledge and experience with the diagnosis and possibly in working with children. Constant referencing to a text book on drug facts, pushing drugs we don't feel are necessary based on side effects they report seeing in appointment, providing "therapy" when our child has a psychologist he also sees and not encouraging an open communication loop between our child the patient and us the parents. Which in turn doesn't allow us to keep him safe. Most recently, Perry provided advice to Gavyn without backstory or context, that put him in an unsafe situation with an unsafe adult. I do not recommend taking your children to this provider, and I'd venture to say the entire practice is ran similarly. Be choosy on who you select for your child, look into credentials and experience and most importantly trust your gut. I wish that I would have sooner.
Front desk staff are unfriendly, and curt. In my time being a patient I have had several unpleasant and frustrating encounters with one woman at the front Collette and another woman I spoke to on the phone lacked total empathy or compassion and couldn’t be bothered with what I was calling about. They are in the wrong speciality for mental health. Working the front desk you are the first thing patients interact with, and they do not represent this practice well. Communication and follow up with providers is often difficult, as I do not have a way to contact my provider other than the main office email. There seems to be no sense of urgency no matter what it’s regarding. Please reconsider some of your office policies, especially when it comes to handling people’s medications or getting a patient portal. My direct experience with my provider has been okay, they are very nice, and have been sympathetic but I’m not Sure I’m getting exactly what I need or are on the same page as them, and again getting in communication with them is often challenging. So because of that I may have to go else where.
The staff was really nice, and our psychiatrist is amazing!
I am very dissatisfied. My teenager started seeing Davita. He was on 100mg of Sertraline. After her first appointment via Telehealth, with my son, she prescribed 125mg but with the idea he would need to increase at 150mg. So, she prescribed 100mg tablets plus 50 mg tablets that I had to cut in half. In December, my son was not doing g great and he left a voicemail for Davita. She called back while my son was in a shower. So, I discussed with him the issue. She said that I should give him the full 50mg to a total dose of 150mg. Then, my son had a follow up appointment on January 3rd. He did not know his dose as I am the one managing his meds. So, Davita sent a 125mg prescription of Sertraline. I noticed the issue when I was about to pay for the meds. So, I put a hold on my order, and contacted the office Sunday evening. Ever since, I emailed many times, my son called, I called. Since Monday, I keep being told that my messages are forwarded to Davita. NO ANSWER OR CORRECTED PRESCRIPTION AS OF TODAY, FRIDAY. I do not think there is an office manage to solve my problem. Every day, I only keep hearing that my messages are being forwarded. So, even though my son was on 150 mg of Sertraline since December, I have no choice but to pay for the 125mg of Sertraline, which is kind of being backward to October or November. This is unacceptable that I never heard from Davita or anyone else to actually correct the error for the new prescription. They know my son is out of meds of his 150mg, yet, no action is being done. Tbe 48 hours turnover for a prescription is a joke. Highly, highly frustrated with Davita and the office and the lack of FOLLOWUP.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
