Office staff is way far being responsible! I have difficulty understanding that: the baby needs to see a neuro surgeon as a result of the ultrasound and incapable staff were not successful to just send the referral in 1 week! Yes waited for 1 whole week and they still have not send a referral so that an appointment can be made to see the surgeon!!! I am speechless
