She is an excellent doctor. She does a thorough examination. She is a seasoned doctor, both my kids greatly benefit as she provides handy tips and info to do things correctly. I like doctors who don't prescribe medicines for every concern but goes to the root cause and determine the requirement. I am really happy with Dr. McConnell.

Great. She is always very patient and answers all our questions/concerns and no wonder it is hard for her to keep up her time.

Every time we wait for her atleast an hour. It had happened to us for 3 consecutive appointments. This time we are exactly 15 mins late to the scheduled time. We were asked by the McConnell to reschedule. What about she keeping us on wait for hours in the room???
