When the doctor I had been going to retired after 30 years, I felt nervous about starting over with a new doctor, but Dr. Ramadas put me at ease almost immediately. She is extremely caring, intelligent and personable. I feel like I'm in good hands with her.
Saw Dr Ramadas today for sinus issues. She was very thorough and not rushing to prescribe medication. She took her time and even did some quick research on the over the counter medication i had been using. I told her what i took didnt help. She then informed why it didnt work and explained it very well. She has a great personality and I never feel like she is rushing my appointment. After many years of seeing a dr who retired at this location I'm more than happy to have Dr. Ramadas as my primary physician!
I started seeing Dr. Ramadas this past year as my new primary care physician. She is incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and skilled. She addresses all of my concerns promptly, and I’m seeing significant progress with my health since being in her care. Messages have always been returned the same day through the MyChart portal, and it’s always been easy to get an appointment. We are lucky to have her in Bothell.
Empathetic listening would be a big help. Call patients back to let them know that labs were received by you that affect medications you prescribed! Don’t avoid people when you miss something because it slows their ability to treat the real issue. Most people understand it takes some investigation to treat or find a proper diagnosis. The issue is that nothing can get investigated or treated in a timely manner if after the first visit you refuse to call your patient back or show up to any scheduled appointments.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
